| 01/05/2010 | Visit to GeoPark (東壩六角柱地質之謎 ) 主題 : 香港有火山嗎？原來在侏羅紀中期（約1億8000萬年前），西貢半島東大部分地區都是典型的火山岩地形，布滿由酸性熔岩及火山灰形成的岩層。這些熔岩及火山灰冷卻後凝固，成為今天所見的巨型六角形岩柱，加上仳鄰隔岸的破邊洲，鬼斧神工般的岩牆，成為西貢最獨特的地質特徵之一。萬宜水庫位處群山與灣岸之間，是西貢半島著名的風景名勝，也是全港儲水量最多的水庫。 細小的香港竟緼藏豐富的礦物，位於吐露港旁高山上的 馬鞍山礦場，曾是香港規模最大的採礦場，在1906年起開採鐵及磁鐵等礦物，含鐵量高達56%。1950至1970年代是馬鞍山礦場最鼎盛時期，員工連家屬超過5,000人，而每天每天出產鐵砂達八百多噸。 特色 : 1) 認識香港火山口位置 2) 認識西頁地質與地貌 3) 探討六角柱形成過程 4) 為何岩石會扭彎摺曲 5) 什麼是地殼運動 6) 含鐵量實驗小測試 7) 認識馬鞍山昔日礦場作業 行程 : 08:45 東鐵九龍塘根得道F出口(近7-11)便利店集合 (認旅行家旗) 10:15 到達萬宜水庫東壩 10:30 漫步東壩地質徑，認識六角柱狀凝灰岩 12:30 離開東壩 13:00 於西貢午膳 14:30 前往馬鞍山郊野公園參觀「240運輸龍」礦洞口 16:15 乘車回程 17:00 返扺集合地點解散 |

| 08/10/2011 | Team Building Workshop + BBQ Program: Facilitated by professional trainer Ms. Candy Wong of Well Spring Training Consultant Ltd., participants will gain new knowledge and experience through active role play, fun and exciting outdoor activities. With debriefing at the end of workshop, participants will be able to transfer new learning from the activities into useful skills for the betterment of back to job environment and daily life. After 3 hours of workshop, participants can sit back, relax and share their experience in casual BBQ environment. Attendance certificate will be issued to all participants of the team building workshop No. of participants: 40 (first come first serve) Fee: HK$250 (IGDS Alumni member) HK$280 (non-member) About the trainer: 黃慧愉小姐 Candy 於九零年開始組織帶領團隊活動，九六年開始從事歷奇培訓工作，曾於香港外展訓練學校任教四年，是一位經驗豐富的體驗式培訓師。 接受黃氏培訓的學員有來自香港、台灣及中國內地，包括中高層行政人員、公司員工、老師、青少年、學生與及一些特殊需要人仕等；負責培訓的課程種類包括領袖訓練、團隊精神、溝通技巧、親子活動、個人成長及生活反思等等，而各課程中均表現出色、口碑載道，被多間公司和團體機構要求的指定導師。 黃氏以 NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) 的理論基礎，配以體驗式活動與歷奇訓練的元素融入於培訓之中，並能掌握學員的實際需求，在寓教於樂的輕鬆氣氛中，讓學員保持高度的參與感和學習成效，再配合其精闢、直接切題與深入的解說技巧(Debriefing)，將活動中所獲得的經驗與體會，有效地引發受訓者對個人的生活、工作與及人生目標作出反思，從而幫助他們認清個人方向，明確目標，提昇個人質素，超越自我，達到自我成長。 |
