The University of Warwick and The Hong Kong Polytechnic Manufacturing Alumni
Association Ltd. ("the IGDS Alumni"). The Site is governed by
the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of China.
The Copyright, Trademarks and the Site's Terms and Conditions shall be treated,
in all respects, as a contract entered into in HKSAR.
You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts
of HKSAR for any dispute arising under or relating to the use of this Site
and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with any
matter arising under this Agreement in any jurisdiction wherein you reside,
do business or have assets. |

The IGDS
Alumni is committed to meeting internationally recognized standards of
personal data privacy protection, in compliance with the requirements
of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Necessary procedures and
technologies are implemented to protect your personal information
provided to our Site.
Individuals have the right to request access to and
to correct any inaccurate data; and to be told of the policy and practices
in relation to personal data held by us. Any enquiry or request should

of The IGDS Alumni or online signup of events. You personal information will
only be accessed by authorized persons for membership administration or for
events or services that you have chosen to participate or for necessary

data held by us will be kept confidential, and will not be provided to third

and may be subject to a fee as the IGDS Alumni may determine at its absolute

forums provide an opportunity for members to exchange ideas, share experiences,
and offer solutions to everyday workplace issued. The IGDS Alumni prohibits
the posting of any material which infringes the copyrights or proprietary
rights of others, or which is obscene, vulgar, unlawful, immoral, libelous, or contains
language that is offensive to any racial, ethnic, or religious group. The IGDS Alumni has the right to remove any messages from the Site. By accessing this Site and any of its pages or by using this Site or by posting any material on this Site, you impliedly authorize The IGDS Alumni to remove any material you posted or you are going to post on this Site. Obviously
the IGDS Alumni retains the right to remove any messages from this Site
that violate the guidelines, however the administrator may not be possible
to review all messages that contain above prohibited material. Therefore,
